About Me

Kaparoo
I am mom to 2 boys (17 and 20), 2 dogs, 3 birds, a gecko, etc. I work full-time and on top of that, I knit like crazy. I have done felting and colorwork but have more recently gotten into stitchwork. Cables, lace, beading, whatever makes it interesting. For my regular projects, lately it's been socks. They are small and portable and offer an endless variety of options. Also, I have large feet so it's hard to find nice socks that fit well. I have also been known to weave baskets, make jewelry, quilt, etc. My favorite color is apparently blue though I like many of the cool colors (bright, bold, as well as pastel). Favorite food (if you can consider it such, would have to be chocolate!
