Brian was supposed to work on one of these along with me but once I got going with it, I couldn't stop!
Very easy pattern (just use a row counter so you don't lose track), great for taking along. Directions can be found here.
And the yarn is here. Just over 1 skein. (I have almost a full skein of red left as well as a skein of black. Maybe an illusion scarf with the suits from a deck of cards?)
I used US size 8 Knitpicks options needles.
